Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
The respondent objects to the site for the following reasons:
1 - The volume and speed of traffic on the black lion road, visibility, and road conditions.
2- The smell from the abbatoir and noise coming from the industrial/ retail park. Building another estate closer is not acceptable as this will expose more residents to the problem which is still not resolved.
3- The proposed site is also an area of rich habitat which should be protected.
