The respondent objects to the above site for reasons which include:
- it is a greenfield site, not within the existing settlement boundary, and is unsustainable;
- the site is located on a mineral safeguarding area;
- highway safety and access issues;
- existing sewers are at capacity;
- gradient - the land is too steep;
- adverse amenity on existing dwellings;
- impact on existing facilities e.g schools and GP Surgery.
