There is some positive feedback locally in terms of the potential development of land previously used as a scrap yard, SR/067/ 004, as this would involve developing a brownfield site. In terms of the candidate sites being proposed within the village of Gorslas, this would seem to be the one which would seem to have greatest support by residents locally.
