My wife and I purchased our home at 148 Carmarthen Road because of the location and open and uninterrupted views afforded to the property. The area identified SR/026/006 has been and is currently used as pasture land and there is a mature oak tree on the site. Development of the site would spoil the views currently enjoyed and infringe upon the privacy and tranquillity enjoyed in and around home. Development of the proposed area would continue to erode and destroy the land available for farming and habitat for local wild life including the rare Fritillary Butterfly and theGrasshopper Warbler.
