This site is currently outside the development limits, we don't want to see these extended.

Access via Heol y Maerdy is already unsuitable. The road is single lane above the site and already too busy with non-residential traffic. A new site will reduce safety with additional traffic and no pedestrian walkways.

The surrounding fields are very wet as evidenced at the recent Welsh Countryman's Game Fair and our own adjacent land. A major gas pipe also crosses the land (original pipe not 2007 enhancement).

Finally this will impact on our privacy, as well as negatively affecting the local rural landscape.
