I am concerned about the increase in traffic this would incur on Church Road-a road which is already congested and will likely increase once the new school is built. As well as being a strain on the main road, I believe that increasing the population in Gorslas will put further strain on the local school and health centre.
Additionally, the build of another development in this area is bound to damage the surrounding wildlife, particularly a local site near to this land which protects a particular kind of butterfly which will be disrupted or endangered if this land is developed.
