We have the following concerns:

It's currently outside the development limits and we do not want to extend the development limits

The surrounding fields are extremely wet we back onto the fields and as evidenced at the
Welsh Countryman Game Fair and a major gas pipe travels though the land - origional pipe
not 2007 enhancement

Access via single vehicle lane / small road when approaching from Derwydd down Maerdy Hill
and already too busy with non residential traffic

Access is not suitable and reduced safety i.e. traffic and no safe pedestrian walkways

Finally will impact on our privacy
