Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. Traffic. Mountain road is narrow and any extra traffic is undesirable.
2. Drainage. No stream or river in the locality to accept surface run-off from this site.
3. Local sewage system already at capacity.
4. Infrastructure:- Schools; Surgery. Not on Bus route, all occupiers will require cars/vehicles.
