Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. Traffic. Access can not be via Mumble Head and the Mountain Road. Should be a new access off the A 484.
2. Drainage. No stream or river within 3-4 miles. No allowance for surface run-off to avoid using the already over-capacity sewage system.
3. Infrastructure. School will be over-capacity. Surgery over capacity. Site not on a bus route so does not comply with overall policy to reduce car use.
4. Loss of Agricultural Land.
5. Loss of 'Green Space'.
