Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. Traffic. Garreg Lwyd access road totally unsuitable. No foot-way for part of its length. Too narrow and dangerous access on to the A484, already regarded as being, at peak times, saturated.
2. Drainage. No provision for surface water run-off. No stream or river within 5 miles.
3. Infrastructure not in place to cope with this amount of development.:- Surgery and schools.
4. Site is outside response time for fire service attendance within government guidelines. As previously stated to Pembrey & Burry Port town Council by chief Fire Officer.
5. Sewers not capable of increased inputs.
