Respondent: Sharon Slattery-Godwin

Representation Summary:

I strongly object to more development in this area as we are already experiencing sewage and surface water flooding due to inadequate sewage and surface water drainage. This situation needs to be addressed before any furthur strain is put on the system, residentail or business.

Llwyn y Brain Hill, Cliffig, Whitland
1. Site is car dependant therefore not suitable for social/affordable housing.
2. Site unsafe for pedestrian access...no pavement on either side of entire hill. The speed limit of 40mph rarely compiled with both up and down the hill (even cyclists exceed the limit downhill). Monitoring of speed has never been carried out by any public body. No safe route for school / pedestrians.
