This has previously been proposed for this site and has been deemed unsuitable. The road already numerous junctions and is a busy road at the entrance to this site. There is wildlife that lives in that area. Why do you have to build houses? This is not a way to sustain the local economy. Are you going to be building bigger school, hospitals and GP surgeries to sustain this? People can't earn enough to buy houses as the prices are so high and building cheap leasehold houses doesn't help. Why not invest in renovating old houses in the area.
