In summary:
Land proposed was previously green belt - one of the reasons we bought our property, an occupied cabin dwelling has already been erected on this land which is used for a business also, we will not accept anything else to be built. Greatly Devalue our property, our property would be overlooked and tranquility gone, again one of the reasons we purchased this property was because of green belt area to rear of property Meaning this should never become a concern. Single Driveway belongs to 66 with right of way only to 68 can't be made bigger preserved tree.

find attached supporting pictures to our objection showing drive leading up to 66 and 68 should houses be built to rear we will not allow them access across front of our property as they will need to cross our boundary. This will also be a hazard to our children who play at the front of our property on our land. Also see views of our garden whichis not overlooked this area was green band area when we purchased property which is one of the main reasons We purchased. Also coal shaft runs alongside which could cause movements if built on
