I have e-mailed you to propose an idea of planning for Fronoleu, Rhydargaeau. As a co-owner of this 5 acre piece of land in Penlan, we feel that the land would be very suitable for development. We believe this as, the site (Site Reference SR 145001 CA003) is at the face of a road which could provide residents with easy access to the near town of Carmarthen and is only a short journey from the facilities in the area e.g. a 10 minute commute to Glangwili Hospital. The site itself has all amenities needed for development, with access to mains electricity and main sewerage, with a wonderful view surrounded by vegetation and some surrounding established developments that have become an asset to the area. After giving this idea great thought, I decided to ask former colleagues their opinion of the land's location and accessibility, as a former NHS employee for many years, I reached out to these former colleagues and we discussed the idea. They all had interesting, eye opening feedback, but I found a common ground between all of them; they all felt that in this particular vicinity there were little suitable areas for eco housing and affordable housing.
We truly feel that this piece of land would prove to be a lovely place of residence and would lend itself perfectly.

I believe this is a great location to build a few houses or bungalows to people Who want a quiet location with very little traffic , beautiful countryside and friendly neighbors. This land is only 6miles from the old town of Carmarthen that's full of history. This land would also be ideal for proffesional people to commute to the Hospital of Glangwili situated 5 miles away.

The site would enhance the local area with a possible seven dwellings in line with the authorities policy and sustainable housing.
The land totals 2.3 hectares and is on a slight gradient with ample off road parking.

This site as identified by the current LDP Plan is retained to the updated LDP Plan 2018-2033 for the purpose of residential dwellings, developments in the near future in line with Local Authority Planning requirements and building regulations.
