Representation Summary:

We comment on these 3 sites. Greenfield Terrace/Capel Seion Road is a narrow country lane just over a mile long. Much of it is single track. The existing housing yields a large number of private cars, many of which are parked in the road, especially at the Greenfield Terrace end, where there is housing on both sides of the road. Parked cars restrict passage and at times lorries and even the local school bus have been unable to proceed. We feel very strongly that more housing here will dramatically increase the hazards of blocked access...perhaps to an ambulance or fire engine.

Representation Summary:

This road is very narrow down to single track in most places. Cars park on both sides of the road and mounting of pavements. This is a serious impact on highway safety for emergency services for example ambulances and fire engines.

Representation Summary:

The roads in this area are very narrow with passing places only.

The sewerage facilities are very poor with regular drainage blocked problems reported by all the residents. This area is unable to accommodate more than single builds - facilities are inadequate for estates / multiple houses.
