The land is next to my property. The land should only be developed with access from Coalbrook Road and not Ashgrove/Dreonnen, which is already heavily used for access, parking and turning.
A public right of way shoud be maintained.
The hedgerow should be protected due to wildlife and boundary/privacy issues.
