Representation Summary:

The respondent objects strongly to development at this locations for the following reasons:
Building on the land would ruin the character of the lane and an estate development would overwhelm it.
If the planning goes ahead it would lead to loss of privacy, overloading of the single track lane and the drainage ditches either side of the lane, causing a flood risk. It would also generate traffic, noise and disturbance for the houses opposite these sites; the pressure on existing services would be overwhelming.
