I fully support this application for Mr Robert Davies and his young family, This will allow the family to live near their farm buildings and livestock ,as at present they have to travel from St Clears twice a day to attend to their livestock.
Regards Cllr Dorian Phillips

We are in support of the application to change the relevant portion of land from agricultural to residential use. This will provide the opportunity for the immediate family of the resident of Brynhyfryd (longstanding residents) to return to the village. Rob and his family raise livestock in the adjacent fields, which currently they do remotely from St Clears. It is preferable that they have the livestock in close sight. Some consideration to enhancements for biodiversity in relation to the change of use would be appropriate, in view of the land's location.

The development will not damage the nature of our small hamlet.
It is within close proximity of Mr Davies' farming enterprise.
It will allow Mr Davies to raise his family in the community he was brought up.
Having family connections in the village will allow Mr Davies to raise his family with the support of his extended family.

We are writing to support the proposal to build a bungalow next to Brynhyfryd Farm, Llangynin. Mr Davies was born and brought up in Llangynin, wishes to live next to his parents and also be in closer proximity to his animals and other responsibilities at Banc Y Siop, Llangynin, where currently he has to live at a distance from them. Living at the proposed site will make farming a lot easier for him.

I fully support Mr Davies's application to build a single dormer bungalow next door to his mother's property.
It makes sense for Mr Davies to live close to his lifestock and farm, in order to facilitate a good working/ family balanced life.

Fully supports the proposed planning of a single dormer bungalow next to Brynhyfryd, Llangynin. It is wonderful to note that it is to provide a home for man and his family who was brought up in the village and went to the local school. See submission for further comments.

No Objection. Local lad coming back into the village with a family will be good for the community.
