Access to this site is along a single track road with tree preservations on either side, then along a single track lane, not suitable for lots of traffic or heavy vehicles, with houses and gardens either side. No pavements. The junction here is also dangerous because it is on a corner, safety issues. There is a public footpath along this lane to Hendre park. Some of this land is prone to flooding by a nearby stream which empties out into the Mwrwg brook which is also prone to flooding.

The respondent sets out a range of concerns in relation to the proposed candidate site(s). The concerns listed include transport / traffic - including capacity concerns towards the M4 junction, along with concerns at capacity of local education and health provision. There is also reference to concerns with regards to problems with water drainage.
