This letter and accompanying documentation have been prepared in support of a representation made with respect to the above Candidate Site, submitted as part of the Authority's review of the Carmarthenshire Local Development Plan. The submission sought an amendment to the proposed Development Limits for the settlement of Llanddarog. As a result, JCR Planning Ltd has been instructed by the prospective purchaser of the above land (edged red on Plan A) to provide further information in support of the site's promotion for this purpose - See attached document
