Effect of hard standing created by buildings/roadways will increase surface water drainage towards the Bush. The grass and open land currently absorb the water, significantly reducing the rate of water flowing towards the Bush. The house itself is located in the lowest part of its plot, so drain off of excessive water could be a severe problem. New buildings could overshadow the property reducing light and solar gain, causing severe damp/health/structural problems. Roadway around the Bush very narrow, installation of pavements for increased pedestrian traffic not practical. Visibility problems on the bend and hill. Lack of public transport.

Llanboidy Community Council is happy to support the site but would like it recorded that they would like number of houses that are permitted to be built on the site limited to a maximum of 4.

5. O'n ni'n meddwl fod polisi cynllunio Cyngor Sir Gar yn erbyn adeiladu ystade mawr a beth yw diffiniad stad mawr?
