On the 004 site there seems to already be some development, I believe a static caravan has been covered in wooden panels and now looks like a wooden chalet, would this have to have approval; our concern is that this dwelling would be connected to the sewage and water draining system adjoining the house, and the extra waste would flow into an already inadequate system.

I hope that my concerns are considered, and a reply on your decision would be appreciated.
