Support as long as much of the well established trees are saved to protect any neighbouring houses, and there is plenty of clear driveway access to turn out to a very narrow road.

There are several alternative location options with the proposed site, the preliminary drawing showing just one.

The proposed housing would complement the existing mix of housing within the village and would help meet the clearly identified local need for family housing.
