Mi fyddai'r datblygiad yma yn creu mwy o drafnidiaeth ar sgwar y Capel
sydd yn barod yn drwm gan draffig ar wahanol gyfnodau o'r dydd. A ydych
wedi ystyried y problemau a geir yma yn sgil loriau o'r chwarel leol?
Mae y ffordd i lawr i Palmer Terrace yn gul iawn ac mi fyddai hynny yn beryglus i gerddwyr a gyrrwyr.
A ydy isadeiledd yr ardal yn ddigonol i gwrdd a'r gofynion?
Beth fyddai effaith hyn ar yr iaith Gymraeg gan gofio hefyd am yr holl ddatblygiad tai sydd o dan ystyriaeth ym mhentref cyfagos Drefach?

I object to the site for the following reasons:
- Over development - the proposed site would more than double the size of the hamlet.
- Inadequate highways to cope with increased traffic.
- Inadequate sewerage system to cope with increased housing.
- Dangerous highway with frequent accidents and heavy traffic.
- Inadequate site entrance with poor visibility on road access.
- Traffic generation to cause further traffic problems and pollution.
- Serious effects on nature conservation.
- Further noise and disturbance resulting from increased residents and traffic.
- Current education and medical infrastructure not suitable for increased numbers.
