Having already put up with the shambles that is the Genwen Road Farm development which has severely restricted my view of the estuary, you now want to destroy the view from the rear of my property. There is some amazing wildlife here. I have Jays, Woodpeckers, Doves, Squirrels, Wood Pigeons and countless other animals coming into my garden. They have made their homes in the fields you now propose to dessicate. The roads will not support further traffic , and don't even get me started on the drainage and sewer problems which are STILL an ongoing problem opposite me.

In the local area the roads are already congested, with the development of more housing road congestion will increase, leading to health issues and possible accidents.
There are no more available school places
Demand for medical services, including a doctor is high now and with additional homes being developed demand will increase.
The area is over developed now, there are few employment opportunities for the local area.
Local services, such as sewerage are stretched now. More housing will place even more pressure on services.
There is a potential for environmental damage which could affect local wildlife.

if you were to build on this land, it would have disastarous consequences for wildlife which has already relocated in recent years due to the area being built upon, such as bryn uchaf and the currenct site ( persimmon site) Sighting of bats in this area. this land has salways been green!
There is also insufficient infrastructure, our roads are max to capacity and also sewege! the system can't cope with any more homes!!!
The road network would not be able to cope with any extra traffic.
insufficient school places, lack of healthcare

There should be no more residential development in the Bryn area. The infrastructure is insufficient, healthcare support such as doctors surgeries are lacking, local schools are already at maximum capacity and people are having to travel out of the area for schools, there is already inadequate drainage in the lower village and flooding is frequent, the road network is already straining Especially the M4 junction, Wildlife and their habitat is constantly being displaced such as protected bat species.

Far to many new build houses being built in the area. Schools are overcrowded - making it impossible for your child to get a place. GP surgeries are full to capacity - lack of healthcare. Inadequate drainage/sewrage issues. Road network unable to cope with extra traffic. Disastrous consequences to wildlife.

My main two points on these objections now are that there is absolute insufficient and inaequate infrastructure to cope with any extra housing in this area and then the road network is totally unable to cope with extra traffic (llangennech already incredibly congested at all times of the day) - any more cars coming through could be very dangerous to the local community. PLEASE THINK

The roads in the area are not able to support an increase in traffic, the same applies to our schools, Doctor's surgeries and drainage systems.
Also the environmental consequences; the destruction of beautiful green space and damage to wildlife. There are brown/derelict sites in the County which need improving and could be used. The health implications on residents of increased traffic through our villages. I feel the need for extra housing is not in our area but in other parts of the Country, many houses are taking so long to be sold, this does not reflect a housing shortage here.

Insufficient/Inadequate Infrastructure
Lack of Healthcare i.e. places in Doctors Surgeries
Insufficient/Inadequate School Places (current residents finding it impossible to find nursery/school spaces)
Inadequate drainage/sewerage issues
Road network unable to copy with extra traffic
Disastrous consequences to wildlife (already dispossessed of multiple sites as a result of large new builds on farmland).
We currently have numerous large builds going on - creaking infrastructure will not survive further new builds.

In summary, I strongly object to this planning request as it wil have a significant impact on congestion/parking, being able to obtain timely healthcare, a detrimental effect on the local wildlife, a sewerage & surface water drainage network that won't be able to cope with the extra demand & being able to get school places for children within the villages.

1. Against residential development as in No. 1 on the (attached document)
2. Road network unable to cope with increased traffic
3. Disastrous/irrevocable consequences to wildlife
4. Inadequate drainage/sewerage
5. Difficulty getting GP/healthcare appointments
6. Insufficient/inadequate school places
We believe the level of residential development in the area is seriously getting out of control to the detriment of the local communities, current & future & needs to be carefully controlled.

The previous and continuing overdevelopment of Bynea has overwhelmed the existing infrastructure such as sewerage, traffic congestion, local education and health services. Development included on the previous LDP are as yet far from complete.
Once complete these will obviously further exacerbate the lack of facilities to cope with the number and type of additional developments proposed on the candidate site list.
Maintenance of open space and the creation of much needed leisure facilities for the area would be most welcome.
Retain as agriculture / open space

I object to the change of use from agricultural to residential for site ref SR/086/013 as this will further increase the traffic moving into Pengraig which has very narrow roads & blind corners through.
Station Road greatly increasing the risk of a serious accident. The current sewerage is inadequate to cope with yet more houses & people putting up the pressure on an already overstretched system.

Danger on to Pendderi Road with extra traffic if any more houses being built, surface water coming from the Embrallt site flooding my back garden and what will happen to the sewerage? More flooding.
