Fel y cais arall ym mhentref Felinwen (SA/162/001) mae'r cais penodol yma hwn yn leoliad cwbl addas i'w gynnwys a'i ffafrio fel rhan o'r CDLL.
Mae'r safle yn cwblhau 'siop pentrefol' pentref Felinwen ac yn leoliad cwbl addas gan nad yw yn safle sy'n agored i lifogydd.
As with the other application in the village of Felinwen (SA/162/001), this specific application is a wholly suitable location to be included and favoured as part of the LDP.
The site complements the 'village shop' of Felinwen village and is a wholly suitable location as it is not vulnerable to flooding.
