The land is described as 'Horticultural' on the application this is incorrect. It was formally the surfaced car park of the miners arms car park & now the garden of the miners arms cottage. The B4308 on the frontage of this land is fast & furious as speeding traffic approaches the sharp bend/bridge. Concerns over more housing on this stretch of road.
