With reference to land adjacent to Black Lion Road reference - SR/132/009.
Our Grandfather Mr Thomas Brooks of 2 Kew Gardens, Tumble, Llanelli owned this land. He is no longer alive and none of his children are alive.
We are his only remaining grandchildren therefore we are claiming that land. We are not in possession of the deeds therefore would appreciate if you would check the archives.
We are in possession of our Grandfather Mr Thomas Brooks is probate.
Our names are Mr Lyn Harries of 43 Nant y Dderwen, Drefach, Llanelli and Mrs Shan Walter of 8 Clos Ael y Bryn, Penygroes, Llanelli.
