The proposed site is in the field directly opposite my property and that of others in this lane. I enjoy an outlook which has for recent decades been uninterrupted by noise or premises other than that of grazing/agricultural use. No further comment could be offered in support or objection until details of the construction proposals are disclosed. Any impact upon traffic and parking facilities requires serious consideration. The effect of noise/disturbance from the bypass that is currently under construction and passing through nearby land is also unknown, and the overlay of its position has been omitted from this LDP.
