My objections all along has been drainage and sewerage. One person on that site said, that the water course would take drainage and surface water. If that's the case, carrier's lane between no 10 and 11 should have new piping to take the increased flow, because a survey a few years ago, concluded it was needed doing due to breakages in the existing pipe...another expense for the authority.

The Forward Planning Section need to review the County Council's attitude to small local communities, business, schools & facilities etc before thinking of funding this development as a major shareholder when it previously failed to attract Developers.

There comments apply across the board to the new LDP proposals.
