Over development of this area would reduce the beauty of the surroundings and with the felling of trees of significant interest to the listed garden there will be a detrimental effect not only of the country side itself but also the wonderful wild life we currently enjoy.

I will reserve further judgement on this proposed development until or when a full planning application is submitted to the council and will respond with more detailed comments. Past experience leads to me to be cautious about any further proposed applications to this listed garden at Llanmiloe House.

This is an old pond, for safety reasons, my staff had to fill it with sand and it still is a very unsafe place. In winter it does get very very soft.
