Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

SR/097/008 is an area of particularly steep land, situated to the rear of a row of residential dwellings. The angle of this land would result in any new properties being considerably higher than the current houses and would completely remove any privacy from their upstairs or garden areas. This situation also applies to SR/097/004.

Any development of these areas would also create significant drainage issues from the redirection of surface water which is currently soaked via agricultural land.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

If you build on this site, due to the steepness of the hill, there will be a high risk of flooding of existing properties.
There is no drainage on the site at all.
The height of the hill would mean that any properties built on the site would be above the roof levels of existing properties.
How could access roads be created from a small village road to a proposed very large residential estate? This would cause disruptions to village life.

Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

In the last 30 minutes I have found out about this and my first reaction was shock due to the river of water created when the farmer ploughed the field in question a couple of years ago which flooded our land. We have a video of the water going over the bank like a waterfall. It passed through our back garden, down the side of the house, made its way down our long front garden before flooding the road. Next door had flooding inside their garage. This is all while it rained onto soil, not built up land!

Objecting to the proposed planning application SR097008.
I live in Hillside House, directly below this application of land.
Deeply worried on the lay of the land for this request and have concerns of serious drainage, surface water problems worsening.
We are troubled by water already from this steep field and building on this land wil create further issues for us/our neighbours. Septic tanks are therefore a must as mains drainage is NOT availble.
Privacy is a major concern as properties will overlook at height our bedrooms and bathroom.

How can access to this land be feasable on a single lane?

Object, Llangynog already coping with the granted super farm traffic from commercial farm equipment on an almost hourly basis.
Lorries, commercial tractors, milking lorries daily in front of our homes, and now to build directly above looking down into our properties from the rear. really?
Permission already granted for the quarry with daaily drilling, what else?
