It is not suitable for residential use as it frequently seriously floods despite two very expensive and failed efforts (it is MUCH WORSE THAN EVER NOW) to alleviate the flooding. Much heavy plant has been used to improve the irrigation but have made it much much worse.
We have always believed that a Roman Road of great significance and local importance runs through this field. Once lost, gone forever.
If it is developed the local young people (proposed Primary School) would lose yet another recreational space and playing field.
Please seriously reconsider the development on this site.
