This would negatively impact the view of the new house my mother has just bought (which was part of the reason for buying the house.) This is a very small and close knit community and such proposal would be very unwelcomed throughout the village due to its character and history.

Llanboidy Community Council is happy to support the site but would like it recorded that they would like number of houses that are permitted to be built on the site limited to a maximum of 4.

The land in question is inappropriate for housing development for several reasons including drainage, loss of privacy, loss of visual amenity, traffic generation, noise and disturbance resulting from use, nature conservation and sewerage.
