Building on this land will extend the village of Cwmmawr considerably. Although there are houses further on the road allowing planning on this land will change the character of the area. Moreover the infrastructure of the village and the busyness of the main road would make it a dangerous area for vehicles joining the road.

There are large trees at the front of the land which should not be destroyed.

Intention of the developer would be for numerous houses which would not match the character of the village as we don't have this in the village to date.
