The increase of traffic volume along Heol Y Parc passing the secondary school Ysgol Maes Y Gwenraeth would cause a significant safety risk to pupils getting to school during the morning rush hour.Pupils would also be exposed to increased level of air pollution due to traffic On this basis planning permission for this development should be denied
