Pembrey and Burry Port Town Council wishes to express its deepest objections regarding the density of the proposed properties. We wish to express our concern about how the existing infrastructure and services will cope with the additional population. We reserve the right to issue a detailed objection should the sites listed be included in the Local Development Plan.

1. Traffic dangers and congestion
2. Urban sprawl
3 Impact on local infrastructure, amenities and local communities
4. Welsh Language and culture
5. Visual impact
6. Sewerage and the cockle industry
