1. I am concerned about the inevitable increase of traffic. These are problems from the bottom of Colonel Rd already so any increase in traffic would add to those problems.

2. Public footpaths would be under threat, in particular access to the woods.

3. Drainage is already causing concerns because of the increased volume created by the recent development of the nearby "ETO housing development" and the expanding development within Woodlands Park over the years.

4. The current antiquated Sewage system would pose a threat to public health because of increased volume.

5. Last but no means least I am concerned about Conservation. This is a rural area and must be kept as such. We cannot disrupt the natural habitat of the area further by allowing concrete to threaten and potentially erase our wonderful wild life. The Eco system is under enough threat already without adding more concerns and risks to its survival.

My concerns regarding land development around Brodwell and Colonel Road we already suffer traffic problems more pressure on GP plus sewrage and drainage our ground already holds a lot of water and surely it would only become worse with any more development.
