I will not go into detail here on the past history of flooding issues involving this particular plot of land and its several failed applications for planning as i,m sure they are well documented.
The last application was refused by the Welsh minister for Housing and Regeneration at that time Mr Carl Sargeant RIP . In the meantime the NRW have somehow decided that it does not fall in a C2 Flood zone anymore even though the stream can still overflow and does flood the road after very heavy rain?.
Please this is outside current LDP....keep it that way.
